Rest In Power, Ben

It’s hard to believe he’s gone.

Ben Bader - YouTube

Ben Bader passed away on October 23rd, 2025.

Ben had a light to him.
The kind that drew people in.
Always genuine, full of energy, full of heart.

It’s hard to believe he’s gone.

At just 25.

Rest in power, brother.

Sometimes you forget it ends.

Especially as aspirational people, we tend to live in the future.
Lost in what could be. The present passes us by.
Day after day. Year after year.

Seeing a kind and talented person like Ben pass at such a young age reminded me of that.

I spent hours over the past few weeks since his passing reading his newsletters, watching his videos, and scrolling through his tweets.

Seeing just how many people Ben touched through his work.

It is truly incredible what he was able to accomplish and the impact he has made.

Ben inspired me to finally put this blog out.
His passing made me pause and reevaluate how i was living.

For the longest time I have put off so many creative things because I was focused on business and I could focus on creative stuff when I hit the next goal... well actually the next goal....actually the one after that.

This was just how I lived.

But reading Ben's newsletters caused a stir in me.

I will no longer put off things I want to do. I cannot.
Life is so precious.

So as I approach my 27th year I've decided to do stop delaying the things I can do today.

I have stayed away from putting out content so long but I have things I want to say and an impact I want to make just like Ben.

Hopefully, I can do his memory justice.

I felt like it was only appropriate to have my first ever post to be about Ben.

Thank you for all you have done. Thanks for inspiring me brother.

___I want to leave all of you with one of my favorite poems:

Slow Dance

Have you ever watched kids, on a merry-go-round? Or listened to the rain, slapping on the ground? Ever followed a butterfly’s erratic flight? Or gazed at the sun into the fading light?

You’d better slow down, don’t dance so fast. Time is short, the music won’t last.

Do you run through each day, on the Fly? When you ask: ‘How are you?‘ Do you hear the reply? When the day is done, do you lie in your bed, with the next hundred chores running through your head?

You’d better slow down, don’t dance so fast. Time is short, the music won’t last.

Ever told your child, ‘we’ll do it tomorrow’? And in your haste, not see his sorrow? Ever lost touch, let a good friendship die, ’cause you never had time to call and say, ‘Hi’?

You’d better slow down, don’t dance so fast. Time is short, the music won’t last.

When you run so fast to get somewhere, you miss half the fun of getting there. When you worry and hurry through your day, it is like an unopened gift thrown away.

Life is not a race. Do take it slower.

Hear the music, before the song is over.
